उनका मानना है कि बच्चों को पैसे की अहमियत बताई जानी चाहिए और उन्हें पैसे देकर जो करना चाहें वह नहीं करने देना चाहिए. यही वजह है कि अक्षय कुमार अपने बच्चों से पैसों का हिसाब लेते हैं, जिससे साफ पता चलता है कि उन्होंने अपने बच्चों को कितने अच्छे संस्कार दिए हैं. अक्षय और ट्विंकल दोनों ही अपने बच्चो को पैसे की कदर करना सीखा रहे हैं. दोनों ही अपने बच्चो को ज़्यादा पैसा देने की बजाय उनकी जरूरत की चीजों को पूरा करते है. अक्षय अपने बच्चों को नए नए स्किल्स भी सिखाना चाहते हैं.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">अक्षय के बेटे आरव ने मार्शल आर्ट में ब्लैक बेल्ट हासिल किया हुआ है. इसके बाद उन्हें पहली बार यह मौका मिला की वह बिजनेस क्लास से सफर कर सकें. यह जानकर आपको हैरानी होगी कि इतने बड़े सुपरस्टार की संतान होने के बाद भी आरव ने इससे पहले बिजनेस क्लास से ट्रैवल नहीं किया था. कहना गलत नहीं होगा कि, अक्षय और ट्विंकल दोनों बहुत ही अच्छे पेरेंट्स हैं और अपने बच्चों का बहुत ध्यान रखते हैं. दोनों ही उनके साथ ज़्यदा वक़्त गुज़ारते हैं. उनसे बातें करते हैं और उनके साथ खेलते हैं. अगर ट्विंकल या अक्षय में से कोई एक अगर काम के लिए जाते हैं तो कोई एक घर पर रहकर बच्चों का ध्यान रखता है. ट्विंकल और अक्षय अच्छे कलाकार होने के साथ अच्छे मां बाप भी हैं.</p>
